I have been following the yahoo group and have learned quite a bit about LP8s. I think a better understanding of the terms used on plates would be useful. I just learnt this weekend that NYS plates with 'T & LC' stand for 'Taxi and Limousine Commission.' I did not find info about apportioned or any profile for you. Thanks. Catch you later. EL
